Delete your account

Use this form to request permanent deletion of your GoLockIt account and associated personal information. We'll process your request and confirm within 30 days.

You can also delete your account yourself from the Profile tab in the app.

What gets deleted

Your profile (name, phone number, email).
Your access to units, and access you've shared with others.
Saved payment methods and notification preferences.

What we keep

Payment and transaction records we're legally required to retain.
Unit access and security logs, where needed for fraud prevention, security, or audit.
Anonymized analytics that cannot be tied back to you.

What doesn't change

Deleting your GoLockIt account does not end your rental with your storage facility. Contact the facility to end your rental.
